Core Book

We are inviting you to get to know our Core Book. This project was born from our clinical experience and the idea of helping children and adolescents to understand who they are and what happens inside of their hearts. The main idea is to help children understand, identify and connect with their feelings, facilitating a full and healthy expression of their emotions. Each page has a heart displaying one specific emotion, by drawing or writing their experiences and feelings in relation to the important people in their lives, children can understand better their own feelings, creating strategies to manage them.
